DOS / Dictionary attacks can stall SMTP, so do check your logs.

DO you have the "Auto Deny Hack Attempts" enabled? try disabling this and see if it still happens. Remember to stop\re-start the SMTP service after applying the change.

Subject: [IMail Forum] SMTP Issue

Dear all,

Currently we are running IMail 7.13 HF1 and we encounter an issue of receiving and sending email. Whenever our users can't receive any email, we will restart the SMTP service and all will be OK after that but the issue still happens...Help....

Thanks..
