No.  IMAILSRV  does  not  have  a MIME encoder/decoder. You can reject
e-mails that have attachments, however, with some tweaking.

You're  going  to  have an uphill road, as even the best MIME decoders
(read:  Declude's)  are  not  built  to  strip and reencode. There are
ActiveX  controls  from  /n  software (www.nsoftware.com) and IP*works
(www.ipworks.com)    that    provide    a    nice    basis    for    a
non-industrial-strength   version  of  what  you  want  to  do  (or  a
non-security-centric  version,  meaning  a  few  screwups per thousand
won't be fatal).

Thanks Sandy. During my search I noticed that someone asked this question
before and you replied asking for more info, but the thread seemed to die at
that point. It's not a big deal and I only have one client that uses the
listserv. I'm not willing to jump through too many hoops to get this to
work.
