Using Imail 7.13,
KWM templates, we have some users getting the following when viewing
mail:
"The server process has been interrupted
due to an internal error. Please wait a moment, then refresh the
page."
This happens
both in the message preview frame and in the pop-up (if the user double-clicks
the message in the list).
Refreshing
displays the message every time.
I couldn't
find anything like this in the KB. Any
suggestions?
