Question 1 Anyone have any idea why this is happening. I have tried to recreate it and can't. I think we are on Ver 7.12
Shari, Rose told me that this problem seems to occur when accessing the Zenith mail server through the web and forwarding or replying to a message. - DSP - Shari, I've been noticing this a lot lately: the "from" line in prior messages sent within responses is being garbled (see four bolded lines below). Click on "Export Users to File" and copy the created "Users.txt" file to the "users.lst" file in the list subdirectory. We have 430 users. The next day, half the list names are gone from the file. People want to be able to send mail to everyone without being on the mail server so this seems the only way to go.
