X-UIDL denotes the unique ID of each message, as listed (for instance) using the POP3 UIDL command. But what it really means, for your purposes, is that the message came in with a non-RFC822 structure. The obvious way to track this is to look at the full text of the message--this is available in both OL and OE, though it can take some poking--then matching the source/destination to the log of the incoming mail.
