A client claims that messages are not in the Sent folder that should be. He maintains that numerous messages have been sent via the web interface with Preferences for "Save copy of outgoing messages in Sent Folder" set to "Yes". Has anyone experienced this behavior? Is there anything in the logs that I can check to verify what happened?
According to the Imail KB, there should be a Sent Items.mbx if the user chooses to save sent messages, if I'm reading correctly - http://support.ipswitch.com/kb/IM-20000705-DM01.htm. Am I reading this correctly? There are messages in the sent.mbx but there isn't a Sent Items.mbx. And I have messages saved in sent.mbx but don't have a Sent Item.mbx file. We're currently on Imail 6.06. Any help will be appreciated!
