Does anyone have a decent liability clause for use when offering List Serve Services? I really do not want to pay $1500 + for a lawyer to draw one up for me.
Also, regarding spam: We just found an email filtering service, Postini. It’s not bad. It quarantines the spam, scans for virus’s all based on the client’s level of aggressiveness. So the client is responsible for what gets through and what doesn’t, without having to write 1500 rules and regs. Just and FYI.
