Hi, When sending an e-mail to an alias address sometimes the prosessing of the list produces an error. Somewhere adresses get cut of and the sender will get an e-mail stating an error. Usually the error is something like:
Invalid final delivery userid: nderkroft@localhost In this case the first couple of letters of the e-mail address have disappeared. The addresses in the list are correct and even completely re-entering the whole list has not brought any solution so it's not a corruption of the *.lst file. It also happens with different lists, each having around 20 e-mail adresses. The lists are defined as a simple "group alias". This problem has started a few months ago when we were still using IMail 7.04HF2. At that moment we had not made any changes to the mailserver for months except adding and removing users. After the problem was noticed we updates IMail to 7.07HF2 and Windows 2000 from SP2 to SP3. However, the problem still exists. Anybody any idea what to look for?
