You could hire Len to set up an IMGate and treat it as a closed system. I'll bet you could save tons of money that way. Do you maintain the OS on your firewall or routers? There really isn't much to maintain once it's set up and very few updates are required, just the occasional security update. A lot less of those than with MS and no reboot required for virtually all of them.
