Hi Eric, thanks for your patience...on the letter R we are all agrees, but
on D no ! :-)
when you say that D it indicates that Deleted it means that the mail it's
delete from mail server ? in that situation the user it does not have check
"Leave mail on Server", if R=1 and D=0 it means that user have the check
"Leave mail on Server", just do it ?
R:1 D:1 user does not check
R:1 D:0 user have check
