Hi All, Web messaging logs are filling up with AUTH ERROR - Not in the table, even the source ip address is same.
we are using Imail version 7.12. Setup is like this, Imail server is hosted in DMZ, if users connect to Imail server from internal network through firewall everything is working fine. But when each user logs out, it is recording about 7 to 8 lines Auth Error - Not in the table (big string) in the web messaging logs. If the source address is not same it is different case. we are using only one NAT ip address. The source address is same, user is not kicked back to login page, but log files are being messed up with this errors. For some outside users also it is logging the error. Is any body faced this problem? suggest me the solution for this.
