We have a couple of users who can't receive email although their main.mbx file is growing. However, through the Imail Admin it shows that the main.mbx file is size 0.
The only similarity that I can see for the accounts is that a main.nbx (not mbx bur nbx) exists. Has anyone seen this issue? If so any pointers. I'm crossing my fingers that it's not a virus.
