Someone is spamming Hotmail or MSN using random user + your domain as a
return address.    You could create a nobody account to catch the bounces,
then provide a spamcop report for each of the IPs he is coming from as
frequently as he changes them.  If he is coming from a single IP, contact
Hotmail; they'd be happy to kick a mega spammer off their system.

   The only way to win is make their life more miserable as long as he
targets your domain.  Eventually they'll learn or have such a miserable
delivery rate that they'll move on to something else.
