I had noted the "constant source of spam" line.  Not good.  Is it possible
that our IP could be spoofed in some way so that their honey pot system adds
us?
Since they don't have a way of showing why the IP was listed, and are ignoring your requests, it's impossible to say what is happening (which also means that people shouldn't use this test).

It is extremely unlikely that your IP was spoofed.

It's either that, or they are getting spam from us.  Which would mean we're
either relaying or intentionally sending spam.  Imail is setup to relay for
addresses, and I've used a few online relay tests against our system to
prove it's working.
You're set up properly. It's up to them to show that there is a problem. You can't be expected to fix a problem without any information about it (it's kind of like saying "This program doesn't work" and expecting the company to fix it).
