The first thing to do is go to Task Manager, go to the Processes tab, and click the "CPU" button to sort the processes by CPU time. That will show the culprit, which will almost always provide a big clue as to the problem.I'm running Imail 6.06 on a box that never goes higher that 30% cpu utilization. Today it's hitting 100% I have rebooted but it's still slow.
