Hi Doug,

Thank you so much for demystifying this for me.  It's nice to know that
I shouldn't see this again when I move the server.

Considering that this is a known issue and that it required a complete
re-install to recover from, I must recommend to IPSwitch that the
documentation be updated to provide sufficient warning and not merely
relegate this info to the knowledgebase.  By the time I went to the
knowledgebase, the damage was done.  Specifically, "Chapter 2:
Installation -- Checking Your Primary Host Name" should clarify that
dynamically-assigned (DHCP) IPs are not acceptable -- that a static IP
is required.

I hope this recommendation is helpful to IPSwitch.
