I have a customer that is having constant problems with Outlook 2000 using POP3 and Imail server 6 w/ patches. Every week his Outlook re-downloads all of the messages that had previously downloaded and been left on the server. He only has one Internet E-mail service, uses the "Leave messages on server" option and gets a lot of messages.
I've read the knowledgebase articles (i.e. http://support.ipswitch.com/kb/IM-19990108-JK01.htm ), but I wanted to find out if there were any new developments or fixes for this problem. If anyone has a suggestion I would appreciate it.
