Here is my situation, and question(s). I manage an IMail server (v 7.13) for
a K-12 school district. We use an Active Directory back-end as our NOS.
Currently I am running the IMail user db as an Access db. In the hopes of
narrowing things down for my users, I would like to have IMail authenticate
against the AD.

I have searched the KB and archive and did not find anything that showed me
how I could switch the user db to authenticate against AD. Is this possible,
and reasonably simple to do? Also, if I were able to get this to work, would
any new users created in Active Directory automatically have an IMail
account created, or would I need to create them again in within IMail.

Even if pointed to relevant articles I would be appreciative.

Regards,

-Don
