You know, I have looked at this and never thought that it would do everything I needed. Maybe I am wrong! That would be great.
Using the method outlined in the KB article, can I add a bunch of items to my hosts file, and forward mail for multiple domains while still handling lots of virtual servers? I have a dedicated iMail box that manages a few hundred domains (200 - 300). Some of my clients install local mail servers (Exchange) and I just redirect their MX record so they handle it. Some of them have iffy connections (cheap DSL lines) and when it goes down, they lose their mail! They also can't take advantage of Scott's great products, Declude Antivirus and Declude Junkmail. It would be great if my iMail server could store and forward for those customers without compromising the security of my regular customers. If I have the right versions of Declude, can I then even apply it to their mail en route? -- Michael Cummins ********************************************************************** > >My question is this: > > > >Can we have the IMail/Declude box scan our @chartway.com > email and pass > >it on to GroupWise for processing? > Yes. > > To do this, you would need to set up the chartway.com domain > on the IMail > server as a gateway domain (see > http://support.ipswitch.com/kb/IM-19980116-DM01.htm ).
