After watching the several postings in regards to this issue, I would just like to let you all know that we are researching the problem created by installing Q328310 from Microsoft. We have yet to determine the exact cause of the UI change and we have not determined that an update from Ipswitch is necessary to correct the problem. But, we are still looking at the problem to see if it can be fixed by an update to the IMail software. In the meantime, our advice is to not install the update or if you have, uninstall it and reboot.
