Marc, Have a look at this: http://killerwebmail.com/readme.html Installation is a breeze - replace the contents of your imail/web directory with the KWM files, refresh your browser window, and you'll see KWM. Don't even need to stop the iwebmsg service. Re: what services you need running, keep in mind that KWM templates operate in the same way as stock templates, so there are no differences there.
