Hi,
Sounds like you may be suffering the same problem we had recently, which
was when sending attachments via the web interface Imail said the attachment
had been successfully attached but when the email was received at the other
end, the attachment had disappeared. I found the attachments stored in the
\IMail\spool\web folder. After emailing support the eventual outcome was
that we had some problems with our set-up, which where causing the problems.
Apparently we had two IP's mapped to the same domain name and a partial top
level directory move where some services where running in \IMail and other's
where running in \IMail\another directory. They also had to clear the
contents of \IMail\spool\web.
