Hello All, I'm using SQL7 to authenticate users with my IMail 7.10 server. However I want to use our SQL2000 server since it has more power. I've exported the database from SQL7 to SQL2K, created the proper DB_Owner/datareader/datawriter account on SQL2K, created a new ODBC connection on the IMail server, verified that it points to the new SQL2K server and the proper database, tested the connection successfully and configured the new external DB connection within Imail (whew). Problem: when I tried to logon to the web interface I either got "This page cannot be displayed" or I was sent back to the logon screen telling me to re-enter the username and password.
OK. When I create a new user, Imail shows the user under the host listing however the user shows up in the old SQL7 database, even though I've got everything pointing to the new SQL2K database. Something, somewhere is telling IMail to look at the old DB instead of the new, regardless of what I've entered within the IMail config. By the way, I've confirmed all of this with Ipswitch.
