AFAIK, everything is "current", meaning we have the latest patches,
hotfixes, etc available installed. Is there something in particular I can
check for this?

Oh yes, I know that, care to share what tweaks you made to help this along?
I'd appreciate it. I've seen what you've said, orphaned e-mail, and other
pains. So if you can help me out....
