We could all collaborate and use the open relay list to contact the administrators of the identified servers and help them lock down their servers. I am sure there is enough expertise on the various email servers to accomplish this. We can let these guys tell us who they are. Hopefully they would eventually run out of open relay servers for their list. I suspect it would take them a good long time to figure out their list was resulting in the resolution of a very annoying problem.
