Ok do you have a script or bat doing this? We have over 4000 mailboxes that we need to do this for as part of a Junkmail folder auto clean that would run every day to keep only the last 7 days worth of messages in the junkmail folder. This will prevent users' junkmail folders from filling up. Is that similar to what you are doing? I don't think Imail 6.05 has the immsgexp.exe utility. Anyone doing anything similar that would be willing to share?

Not by design, but we've used the handy "move" command to take files temporarily out of the main directory structure into a dummy folder, run IMMSGEXP.EXE, then move them back, without a tedious file copy. You can still have new messages during the brief time it takes IMMSGEXP.EXE to run, so you should check for the existence of a new MBX and concatenate the two if necessary. -Sandy To Unsubscribe: http://www.ipswitch.com/support/mailing-lists.html List Archive: http://www.mail-archive.com/imail_forum%40list.ipswitch.com/ Knowledge Base/FAQ: http://www.ipswitch.com/support/IMail/ To Unsubscribe: http://www.ipswitch.com/support/mailing-lists.html List Archive: http://www.mail-archive.com/imail_forum%40list.ipswitch.com/ Knowledge Base/FAQ: http://www.ipswitch.com/support/IMail/
