Only one account, and not all AOL accounts? Something fishy there, possibly pilot error or a blacklist by the recipient. Perhaps it's actually one AOL MX, and not all AOL MXs, which could be investigated as below. > and one user is having difficulty sending to another account on a > different domain (alz.org). >From the command order represented in your logs, looks like there's a timeout problem, possibly related to MTU--make sure yours are correct for your LAN/WAN connections (Google for a myriad of suggestions), checking not only your mail host but routers/firewalls as well. Alternately, if the alz.org problems represent only a tiny fraction of the e-mails you send in a day, an extremely strict anti-spam policy (I've been seeing more and more of these, and am getting angrier and angrier at the hypocrisy of sites that call themselves "public" and yet have restrictions so tight that *their own* servers don't qualify) might flag your non-matching HELO and PTR. This is not anything to pursue right now, just something to keep in the back of your mind. -Sandy To Unsubscribe: http://www.ipswitch.com/support/mailing-lists.html List Archive: http://www.mail-archive.com/imail_forum%40list.ipswitch.com/ Knowledge Base/FAQ: http://www.ipswitch.com/support/IMail/
