1] yes IMHO it's worth the upgrade. 2] I don't believe, could be wrong, that you can give each domain it's own signature. 3] size limits work on ours. 4] for upgrades and things to know about visit: http://www.ipswitch.com/support/IMail/patch-upgrades.html pretty much sums up what was fixed.
