Unless you need any new features, you don't need to upgrade.We have both junkmail and virus pro. Wondering if I need to upgrade?
However, if you aren't running the latest release (1.65), then upgrading would likely be worthwhile, to take advantage of new features. If you ordered within the past year, you can upgrade for free (otherwise, you would need a Service Agreement, available from http://www.declude.com/order.htm ).
