If I remember correctly, there is no limit to the number of records in an access database.  The limit is in file size - 2gig I think - its been a while since I looked this up.  The other limit is when the database gets rather large.  If your running a lot of transactions to the database, performance is going to be an issue, in which case a database server is going to be needed to scale it up to something else.   John ----- Original Message ----- From: Thomas Testmann To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Sent: Friday, January 24, 2003 5:45 AM Subject: [IMail Forum] OT: Number of records in an MS Access database!
