Keith, We had this similar problem.. then after a update it went away. Strange thing is we couldn't verify the problem from another pc.. it was isolated to just that 1. As a long shot could it be that there are cookies or a cache problem occurring on there local? Also could check to see if the NTFS file permissions are correct for that 1 users folder..
