I we would decide to bounce messages with a certain weight. Is there an
easy way to attach the original message to the bounce message? I would want
this so you would know what message bounced.
Are you talking about bouncing spam?

There are very few cases where bouncing spam is useful (as opposed to rejecting mail with 5xx response, which can't be done with IMail). The problem is that spammers almost always use forged return addresses, which means that instead of you getting the spam, someone else (another innocent victim) will. And, despite hating spam, most people would rather receive a spam (which is usually quickly identifiable as unwanted mail) instead of a bounce message (which they have to take time to determine its validity; in your case, it wouldn't be valid).

The case where bouncing spam might be appropriate is if a high percentage of the E-mail that is caught is actually valid E-mail. In this case, the benefits of notifying the sender *may* outweigh the drawbacks of sending a bogus bounce to an innocent victim. However, if this is the case, you may want to re-think why you are block E-mail that is very likely legitimate.
