Here is what outblaze says. I really do not know where to start as far as closing down this relay. Any help would be appreciated.

but I'd suspect outblaze has a filter too tight and it's seeing your
10.x.x.x origin as a possible relay.  What has the postmaster/email admin
from outblaze say?  any auto reply email from them?
