Hi, we are using Killer & Classicwebmail in the latest version with Imail 7.13. ( Parameter: Timeout 60 minutes, refresh 5 minutes )
Users are logging in , Dial - In Router / Modem for their ISP is configured with Idle - Time ( Inactivity ) out three minutes ( as example ). If writing an E - mail in the Web - Interface needs more then three minutes the connection will be lost. A reconnect to ISP gives a new ip - address and no possibilty to send the writen mail. Is there any piece of code available to include in the background of webforms of KWM / CWM to let the connection be established ? Longer Idle Time out is not an available option for us because we aren't the administrators of the client machines at home ;-) Thanks for any ideas / help.
