nah, we only start conflicts here.
If you were hired to install an ISP SMTP-POP3 system, for about 10.000 users at first, with services like ANTI-SPAM , ANTI-VIRUS, LDAP, WEBMAIL, etc...etc...As Scott said, number of users isn't important, it's number of msgs/day.
Next item is whether it's only/predominantly webmail (worst case) or mostly POP (best case).
But 10K is getting to be pretty serious, pretty easy to hit 10K msgs outbound (one per user per day) and 80K msgs inbound (8:1 is a reasonable estimate), so your Subject: is wrong, try:
