I got it working, but I am not sure why or how.  I burned the two .mbx files
to CD and put thm in the "Local Mail" folder in Netscape on my desktop
computer.  They imported and worked just fine here.  So then I just copy and
pasted the folders back to ther server.

Yes, I could see them with any client, just not the messages inside them.
