Unfortunately, I'm on a windows based environment and was curious if there was anything similar to Ecartis for Windows.

listserv (has become $$rentware, IIRC) and Lyris, both are excellent and pretty pricey. The French "dolist" has been around quite while and I think a few Imail users run that.

I have a list of over 15k addresses and need a more reliable solution.

Specifically, I'm after something that can process more quickly and remove bad addresses.

all full-featured list servers do that.

I haven't found anything within Imail that helps me with those two situations.

There are tack-on pieces on Imail's add-on page, but I guess you've looked there.

Any suggestions?

By the time you add all the bits and pieces to Imail's list server and hope it all holds up under load, you might as well go with Ecartis or Mailman on *nix. Plus dropping 15K list deliveries on Imail's queue processor has had a spotty record for a long time.
