But is their a way to force Imail to use the 206.55.249.202 IP. Its working for everyone I can test with (except us) which makes us look like the shortcoming lies here.
That's kind of like a company saying "Gee, we just tell them local folks to write our phone number on them letters they sent us, and all thems post offices seems to get them letters here!" Just because something works some of the time doesn't make it right.
Feel free to point them to the "Mail Test" tool at the http://www.DNSreport.com website, which will let them see for themselves that they have a problem.
