Ah!

In this case, I must be my own problem!  I�m implementing mail processing rules for 
the IMail list messages.  The specifics are below:

Mail Processing Rules | Rule: Subject contains IMail Forum | Move the message to this 
mailbox: IMail Forum

I guess the rule is also processing the outbound message!

I�m happy to hear no one else is getting double entries from me in that I felt a bit 
of a loudmouth when I do post to the forum!
