Easily...well, depends on your SQL knowledge/interest. :) You can certainly loop through the user tables, reading the names from your system tables, and alter each one to add the additional columns. IMail doesn't do this kind of update automatically; frankly, though, I wouldn't really want an app to grind through my db without warning.
