It could be used to check the existence of an answer to a question on a web
form.
Suppose you have an auto-generated email and want to check if the person
submitting the form answered a particular question and the generated email
returns:

...
Answer1: Blah blah blah
Answer2:
Answer3: More blah blah blah
...

If you want to route it to a particular mailbox or bounce it when the person
doesn't answer question 2, you could use:

B~Answer2\:\S
