Not necessarily. Most people will be hesitant even with active Subscriptions.
Those that do try will be the IMail veterans and will have test boxes to work with. That is not to say it won't add more traffic, but I would say not as much as you might think. There won't be thousands of people flocking to upgrade right away. :-) my humble opinion.
