I have a customer that I host mail for on my Imail server. They host there own DNS and now want to host their own email. Currently mail flows from my Imail gateway to my Imail server. What I did is this, I changed the Host record on my Imail gateway to reflect their new IP address I also added them in the SMTP Relay for addresses. When email addressed to their domain hits my gateway I look in the log file and it says MX Connect Failed 208.188.175.4? Am I missing something here? Should this not begin forwarding mail to their server? On there side the have a PIX then Imail Server?
