No, the HTML doesn't have a line with just a "." or a "From <" in it and there
does not appear to be a line that has a period followed by a carriage return. I am
examining the HTML as it is formatted in notepad after viewing the source from the
actual html document, so I'm pretty confident this is the same format the text was
sent in.
The location of the added period seems to be completely devoid of any clues.
Just another image call in one of a few images stacked within a table that has
vertically arranged cells. The extra period is inserted prior to the file type
extension and after the file name as such: "image..gif"(where "image" is the file name
and "gif" is the file extension...heheh)
Another thing I noticed was that the HTML got alittle rearranged in the web
interface(bulleted text had been bumped to being after the bullets...the text items
stacked on top of eachother and the bullets remained in their original
formation...also, the aforementioned table with cells had been moved to the bottom of
the document indtead of the right-hand side). I'm more concerned with the issue of the
downloaded HTML code being manipulated either through the POP delivery mechanism in
Imail, or by the downloading POP client, but the message that remains on the server
itself seems to be unaffected. There's nothing apparently unique abot where this
defect occurs.

Does the HTML E-mail have a line with just a "." on it (a period followed
by a carriage return)? When sending the E-mail, that would have to get
translated by IMail (as it indicates the end of an E-mail when being
transferred via SMTP).
Does the E-mail have a line with "From <" at the beginning of a
line? That, too, needs to be translated (as it indicates the beginning of
a new E-mail in an .mbx file)?
