I get a bounce from my server to the email that looks like this... undeliverable to <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]>[EMAIL PROTECTED]
That still leaves a number of unanswered questions, but let's see what we can do.
Original message follows.
Received: from www58.webhotellet.org [195.22.69.26] by www58.webhotellet.org with ESMTP
(SMTPD32-7.14 EVAL) id AB321800B4; Sat, 08 Mar 2003 16:24:34 +0100
and the message..
Is 195.22.69.26 your server? If there are no other Received: headers, the "Message already been here" is wrong (or misleading).
The MX record for stio.se resolves to 212.73.18.9, so the E-mail shouldn't go to your mailserver. Do you have an entry for stio.se in your HOSTS file (which would override the MX record)?
03:08 15:40 SMTP-(0000040C) Trying stio.se (0) 03:08 15:40 SMTP-(0000040C) Connect stio.se [195.22.69.26:25] (1)
There's your problem -- IMail it trying to connect to itself. It should be going to mail.stio.se, at 212.73.18.9. This appears to be a DNS issue. Or is stio.se a domain that you are a backup/gateway for? If so, you need to follow the IMail instructions on being a gateway (I believe you need to use "Relay for Addresses" in the SMTP relay settings).
