[IMail Forum] About attachment limit

Dear sir/madam,   I just evaluate the Imail Server. Can Imail provide the function that i can limit the message size which my associates sent? That means if i set the size is 1M,then my associates can not send the mail which is exceed 1M. Furthermore, can I disable the function of attachment which means my associates can not send the email with attachment? Thanks
