I found this in my logs. They proceeded to send about 3000 email messages after this. Why can they do this when I have relay mail for addresses and they are not in the list of addresses.
The person is not a hacker. He is a spammer. There is a difference. :)
03:10 00:37 SMTP-(00000A84) processing C:\IMail\spool\Q4ed50e1600aa10e7.SMD
This just shows IMail sending out an E-mail from the spool. Any E-mail that is in the spool will be sent out. That is normal.
The question is how the E-mail got into the spool -- if you show us the "SMTPD" lines from the log file, we can tell you what happened.
