This is the reasoning behind using a Fully Qualified Host Name as the
Official Host Manes in IMail for your domains...

You have 3 choices to make this work...

1) Change the OHN in IMail to mail.example.com
2) Point the "A" record for example,com to the IP for mail.example.com
3) I believe there are some tricks that will work if you get the Killer Web
templates (someone correct me if I'm wrong on this one)
