Hello Everyone, Here is my situation. We moved Imail to another server this weekend, and everything went smooth (for the most part). The documentation on the Ipswitch was pretty accurate as well.
What I did not notice after the move, was that if I go into Iadmin and look at the users for our domain, it only displays about half of them. The same thing happens when we go into the Web Admin screen also. What is very weird is that the users that aren't displaying work fine, and we can add new users as well, but none of them show up. I have checked the registry and all of the users are listed there, with no "noticed" difference between the ones that I can see and the ones that I can't. Their folders are also present with their mailboxes intact and working fine. This isn't a show stopper here, but is is/can be a huge administrative nightmare going forward. I would really appreciate any help from you guys on this one....BTW, we are using Imail 7.14 on a Athlon XP2200, 1.0 gig of ram, dual 15k 36.0 gig SCSI disks, and the spool separated on the second disk (although I don't think this is a hardware issue, I thought that I'd give as much info as possible) Thanks!
