the IP address you are connecting to, 212.78.101.188, is not any listed for the domain or any of MX records for the domain.either you are getting a bad DNS return OR you might have something in your local NT HOSTS file pointing to an old address. I assure you if you connect to the correct machine the mail will be accepted and most likely delivered to the addressee.
